FAQ and help
The questions Australian players ask first, with calm answers: which documents, how money moves, how to add the app and how to reach support.
Verifying your account
Open Verification in your profile and you'll see three upload fields, for identity, address and payment. Each wants one clear photo or scan.
The casino looks over every upload and every withdrawal request, and it may ask for more, which you can send to support whenever you like. The same name on all your documents makes the whole thing quicker.
Which documents
Proof of who you are
A passport, ID card or driver licence, or another official ID in its place.
Proof of where you live
A utility bill, phone bill or bank statement carrying your full name and address.
Proof of how you pay
A screenshot or photo from online banking, a statement or your Skrill page, showing the deposit.
JPG, PNG or PDF, no more than 10 MB a file.
Paying in
Press Deposit in the cashier and the methods open to you appear, each with a minimum. When we looked they were crypto (BTC from 0.00035, LTC from 0.5, USDT from 20), MiFinity and open banking, from the equivalent of A$30.
Put in your bonus code before paying. Afterwards it is too late.
Cashing out
Go to the Cashier, open the Withdraw tab and pick a method and an amount. Turnover on any active bonus has to be finished first. Every request is checked before payment, and the casino may ask for proof of identity and payment details.
Bonus winnings have ceilings, so read the ones that belong to the offer you used.
The app
Slotornado is a web app, so there is nothing to fetch from a store. The steps for your phone are just below.
Android
1Open the site in Chrome and tap the three-dot menu.
2Choose “Add to Home screen”.
3Tap “Install” and you're done.
iPhone (iOS)
1Open the site in Safari and tap the three dots in the address bar.
2Tap the Share button.
3Scroll down to “Add to Home Screen”.
4Tap Add at the top right.
Reaching support
The live chat waits in the corner of every page. You can also email support@slotornado.com with your player ID, a short description and, if they help, screenshots.
