Before you begin
Each person and each household is entitled to one bonus. To decide whether two accounts belong to the same person, the casino compares address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device, and when it finds a duplicate it closes the account and takes back the winnings and any live bonus.
You will meet five things in every deposit bonus: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a turnover target, a limit on the biggest bet while wagering and a deadline. Whenever an offer stays silent on one of them, the defaults given here fill the gap.
All credits are booked in UTC. If your balance mixes real and bonus money, the real money is spent first, and the bonus ends when its own balance has gone. Nothing can be withdrawn while turnover is unfinished. If you ask early for your own deposit back, the bonus and its winnings are forfeited, and the rest is paid to you.
Turnover and how games count
Turnover is the amount you must stake, expressed as a multiple of the bonus or of the free-spin winnings, before the money can leave. Expect ×40 on the welcome bonus and most weekly offers, ×35 on VIP versions and ×30 on Highroller.
Pokies count in full, apart from jackpot titles and a published list of excluded games. Every other game, live tables and instant games included, counts for 5% of the stake. The bet limit reaches double-up rounds too, and bonus rounds bought inside a game.
Bets and ceilings
These are the default limits in Australian dollars, and they hold unless a particular offer names others:

- No-deposit spins and similar gifts can win no more than A$30 (A$1,500 for VIPs), and withdrawing needs at least one successful real-money deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus stop at five times the deposit, and never above A$1,500 (for VIPs, five times and never above A$7,500).
- Winnings from a cash bonus stop at twice the deposit, and never above A$7,500 (for VIPs, five times and never above A$15,000).
The welcome bonus, chapter by chapter
The welcome bonus has four chapters, all cooked from the same recipe. Each applies ×40 turnover and a ceiling of A$2,250.

Spin winnings stop at A$150 per chapter. If you cancel a chapter's cash bonus, the spin batches still owing for it are cancelled with it.

Monday and Wednesday spins must be activated within two days and played within three. Weekend reload spins must be activated within one day.

Free spins
Every offer decides what its spins are worth. Seasonal offers use about €0.10 a spin, or €0.20 on VIP versions. The spins are credited to named games, and most offers let you choose one of two.
Three things aren't allowed: keeping a bonus-feature round back until turnover is finished, depositing again while a feature is pending, and using bonus money only to move a feature forward before playing its last step with real money.
Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging across several accounts, exploiting technical faults and any other search for an unfair edge can cost you winnings, bonuses and the account itself. The casino judges on reasonable grounds, and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before it pays.
Currency

If things change
