Thirty levels, six ranks and one rule: the more you play, the higher you climb. Every threshold, reward and percentage in Australian dollars.
How points are earned
On pokies, each A$1 you stake earns 1 point. On live games, card games, roulette, mines, crash, craps, poker, scratch cards and any other non-pokie game, it takes A$10 for each point.
Everyone begins at level 1. When you cross the next threshold you move up, and the reward arrives automatically (cash rewards from level 21 are issued by your VIP manager). Level-up rewards ask for a minimum loss of A$15 in the period your profile shows.
The six ranks
Levels 1–5Ironado
Level-up spins on Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and Wild West TRUEWAYS, 90 FS in all at most.
Levels 6–10Bronzenado
This is where the weekly 3% cashback begins, and where level 6 pays the first cash reward of A$30.
Levels 11–15Silvernado
Cashback of 4–5%, cash rewards between A$22.50 and A$75, and spins worth €0.50.
Levels 16–20Goldenado
A 5% rakeback arrives next to 6–10% cashback; the spins grow to €1–2 and turnover shrinks to ×10–20.
Levels 21–25Platinado
Cash rewards from A$1,500 to A$6,750 that carry no wagering, 11–15% cashback and weekly caps up to A$3,750.
Levels 26–30Tornado
Rewards from A$12,000 up to A$37,500 with no wagering, cashback of up to 20% and weekly caps up to A$15,000.

The table lists the turnover on cash and on spins, and spin value is set in euros. Cash rewards above level 20 come from the VIP manager, and level 30 adds a personal gift. A dash means that level pays nothing.
Weekly cashback
Cashback starts at level 6 for players who have made a successful deposit. It is credited on Mondays between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC, must be activated within three days, remains valid for seven days and carries ×1 turnover.
It is a percentage of your net result: deposits, less balance, less processed and pending withdrawals, with at least A$15 lost over the previous seven days. The weekly maximums are A$75, A$225, A$750, A$1,500, A$3,750, A$7,500 and A$15,000.
Rakeback
From level 16, 5% of the house edge on your casino play comes back every day, credited between 07:00 and 08:00 UTC once A$1.50 has built up, at ×1 turnover.
